Totnes Early Music Society Totnes Early Music Society

Totnes Early Music Society offers live music from top musicians in the early music field. Our 2018/19 season starts at St Mary's Church in Totnes with a concert of medieval and renaissance songs and dances from The Emily Askew Band on 15th September, and ends with the top wind band Syrinx next April. In between, we have future star performers from the Royal College of Music, brilliant keybaord player Steven Devine and singer Kate Semmens showcasing music for fortepiano by Haydn and Mozart; a programme to anticipate Spring in midwinter from young recorder duo Flauti d-Echo with theorbo player Toby Carr; and a celebration of glorious music by Bach for violin and harpsichord from Duo Dorado.

You can save a third off ticket prices by joining TEMS see www.totnesearlymusic.org.uk for details) or attend any of our concerts - everyone is welcome. Tickets are available from the Dartington Box Office (01803 847070) or www.dartington.org or on the door.

TEMS programmes six concerts a year. We are keen to make contact with suitable performers, and for as many people as possible to discover and enjoy the varied music in our concert programme. Please contact Jill Tomalin on jill@totnesearlymusic.org.uk.
