Professional Development Day: Creative Music Skills Workshop

A skills development day for musicians working in schools and community settings. This practical training day will look at how players can apply their core musical skills in a creative way when working with groups of children and young people.

During the day you will:
-Develop your improvising skills in a group context
-Take part in devising music as a group, exploring strategies for generating, developing and rehearsing musical material
-Build confidence in devising music and working creatively with children
