Artist talk and Demo Thank you!

We had an exceptional turn out yesterday to the artist talk and demonstration hosted by the very lovely Jenny Thomas.

If you attended the talk you would see Jenny’s work all around our gallery, for all who couldn’t make it, don’t worry you can still come and see the exhibition “Same, but Different” for yourself.

After a little mingling and talking about her passion for print, Jenny directed everyone downstairs so she could demonstrate her etching process, leading everyone to the print room for the final steps.

It was really exciting to see, after the ink was applied, how the blocks revealed detailed and enticing prints. Jenny’s art really pays homage to the amount of time and effort she has invested in exploring different methods of lino etching.
