October PTK- 'Etching in Colour' with Moira Mctague

WYPW member Moira McTague’s etchings are based on intimate observations and responses to her surroundings. The colours in her delicate, intricate etchings on copper and zinc are acheived by inking her plates in multiple colours. Join Moira to see some examples of her beautiful etchings , and to watch her demonstrate how she colour inks and prints one of her copper etching plates, with plenty of opportunity for discussion as well.

Print Makers Toolkit Sessions (PTK), are 1 hour morning sessions which focus on technique, practise and making. Comprising of practical demonstrations and talks led by practising artists and printmakers.
